Hi! I am an amateur photographer who loves exploring new concepts and creative adventures. Each of my collections has its own abstraction, creating differentiating impressions and emotions.

“Dancer’s Joy” represents the experience of coming of age in a dance community, shown through images I have captured of my ballet studio. Dancing has been a part of my life since I can remember, and I cannot explain how many lessons I have learned through it. There is truly something so raw, real, and lovely about growing through challenges together, ballet-related or not. I will be forever grateful for my studio, long after I leave.

“Campus Diaries” was the first idea I had for this site. The collection of photos conveys the days teenagers spend at school on any regular day. Simplicity in these moments implies the beauty in everyday routines that students can easily grow bored with.

“An Autumnal Excerpt” was an idea I had grown in photography class when a project was introduced. I asked two of my friends to model for me with the words “rough”, “autumnal”, “raw”, and “emotionally cold”. These photos represent another side of teen life in line with the coming of autumn.

“Teen Spirit” shows the joy teens experience on days that come only a few times a year. I photographed at two school events: a home game and an away game. Both were homecoming events, an explanation for the emotions behind the images. I felt drawn to this concept because of its representation in movies. I wanted to capture that same careless, free feeling.

I hope you enjoy my photos!
